GREENBRIER COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – On Thursday, September 25, 2025, the Greenbrier County Sheriff’s Office, in coordination with the Greenbrier Valley Drug and Violent Crime Task Force and the West Virginia ABC Commission, conducted THC compliance checks at multiple locations throughout Greenbrier County.
During the operation, one individual was arrested for selling THC to a person under 21 years old.

Marwan Saleh Al Kaaiti was taken into custody at the 3 Tobacco Shop in the Red Oaks Shopping Center in Fairlea. He was charged with a single felony count of selling THC to a person under 21 years of age.
Mr. Al Kaaiti’s bond was set at $50,000, payable in cash only, and he was transported to the Southern Regional Jail.
Sheriff Bart Baker and Prosecutor Nicole Campbell emphasized the importance of protecting young people.
“We stand united in our unwavering commitment to protect the health, safety, and future of our community’s youth,” they said.
Officials also noted that this is part of an ongoing effort.
“We are also making it clear that this is not a one-time crackdown. We will continue to monitor these businesses and ensure their ongoing compliance with the law. Those who fail to follow the rules will face consequences — not just once, but every time they violate the trust of this community.”
