WILLIAMSON, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A Kentucky man was taken into custody by Mingo County Sheriff’s Office members on Wednesday on multiple charges.
According to the Mingo County Sheriff’s Office, on Wednesday, January 31, 2024, John W. Taylor of Belfry KY was arrested by Sgt. A. Farra and Deputy M. Tiller for DUI greater than 0.15%.
In the State of West Virginia, a Driving Under the Influence charge entailing a blood alcohol level of greater than 0.15% is indicative of the increased penalty of Aggravated DUI.
In addition to the DUI BAC > 0.15% charge, Taylor has reportedly been charged with a count of Domestic Assault as well as Trespassing.
