LEWISBURG, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A man was arrested after he was outside naked, “playing with himself.”
On Sunday, July 7, 2024, at around 12:07 p.m., Sergeant J.L. Pachis, Deputy D.J. Staley, and I, Corporal T.T. Hyatt of The Greenbrier County Sheriff’s Department, were radio-dispatched by the Greenbrier County 911 Center to respond to reports of a disturbance at 187 Fair St, Lewisburg, WV 24901, the Motel M.
Dispatch informed us that a male guest at the location was outside without clothes, engaging in inappropriate behavior and refusing to dress. They mentioned that the man had returned to his room, identified as room 53, after being told twice to put his clothes back on.
At approximately 12:22 p.m., deputies arrived at the scene where a male individual, later identified as Micheal Hudson, guided them to a second-floor room. Deputies noticed that the room’s door was ajar. While still in the parking lot, a naked man came out of the room onto the balcony overlooking the parking lot, which is shared by the entire hotel and visible from Fair Street, a public road.
Witnessing this, deputies went up to the second-floor balcony, where they found the unclothed man, identified as William Drizzt Johnson. He was apprehended on the balcony, and they provided him with shorts found in his room. William seemed to be under the influence of drugs and was behaving erratically.
Considering his condition, deputies contacted EMS personnel to evaluate him, who determined he did not need immediate medical attention. William was arrested for indecent exposure and taken to the Lewisburg detachment of The Greenbrier County Sheriff’s Department before being transferred to Southern Regional Jail for arraignment with a Magistrate.
