FAYETTE COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A Fayette County man is arrested after sitting inside his car naked during school bus runs.
On August 29, 2024, at approximately 7:39 a.m., Cpl. N.D. Hall of the Fayette County Sheriff’s Department responded to an indecent exposure complaint on Deepwater Station Road in Deepwater, Fayette County, WV. A male subject was reportedly sitting naked inside a Chevrolet Cobalt at the end of the road.
Upon arrival, Cpl. Hall spoke with a witness, the complainant, who stated the man had been there since the previous day and that children often fished in the area. She also mentioned that the same man had been seen sitting naked along Boonesborough Road during school bus runs.
Cpl. Hall then approached the vehicle and identified the man as Timmy Wayne Dickinson. Dickinson was naked and appeared to be hiding something on the driver’s floorboard. After ordering him out of the vehicle, two firearms were discovered: a 12-gauge Churchill Shotgun in the rear passenger seat and a Smith & Wesson .357 Magnum revolver on the floorboard. A check revealed the revolver was stolen, valued at approximately $600. Dickinson refused to provide details about how he obtained the weapon.
Dickinson was charged with possession of a stolen firearm and indecent exposure on a public roadway in Fayette County, WV.
