PRINCETON, WV (LOOTPRESS) – In the early morning hours, the Princeton Police Department members responded to an address on Fellers Street in Princeton.
Upon arrival, officers contacted a complainant and the accused, Joshua Stephens. The complainant advised officers that Mr. Stephens had sexually assaulted a female juvenile under the age of 10 that also lives in the home.
Based on evidence gathered on the initial complaint, Mr. Stephens was arrested for first-degree sexual assault and was placed in Southern Regional Jail pending arraignment.
As the investigation continues, the accused is likely to face more charges.
