NICHOLAS COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A man is charged with sexual assault after meeting a woman online.
According to Nicholas County Sheriff’s Department, Joshua Andrew Fleshman, 32, met a female victim at her home. The victim told deputies that they met online, and this was the first time Fleshman was invited to her home. She also told deputies that Fleshman was only an acquaintance and not considered a romantic partner.
According to the victim, she went to her bedroom to sleep. Fleshman then entered her bedroom and removed his pants. Fleshman then held the victim’s arms and hands down while she was lying face down. He then sexually assaulted her in two places.
A medical forensic examination was completed to determine DNA.
Deputies charged Fleshman with two counts of second-degree sexual assault. He is currently being held under a 150,000 dollar bond.
