CHARLESTON, WV (LOOTPRESS) – U.S. Senator Joe Manchin (D-WV) encouraged West Virginians to apply for health insurance during the Affordable Care Act (ACA) Open Enrollment Period, which runs through January 15th, 2024. West Virginians who enroll in or change their health coverage by December 15th can expect their coverage to begin by January 1st, 2024.
