SUMMERSVILLE, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Over 1,000 customers in Nicholas County are without power following downed power lines.
According to the Summersville Fire Department, a tree has taken out power lines on Arbuckle Road just down from the fire department.
Arbuckle Road will be closed until further notice.
The downed tree has knocked out power for approximately 1,061 MonPower customers in Nicholas County.
The bulk of the outages are in the Summersville and Canvas area.
The estimated restoration of power is by today, June 21, at 1:30 PM.
