HARPERS FERRY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Park rangers with the National Park Service are attempting to identify a person of interest.
According to the NPS, on Wednesday, June 12th, at 5 PM a white male described as 5’9″, stocky build, in his 30s, short haircut, wearing a black cut-off shirt, black socks, and carrying a black backpack exposed himself and committed a lewd act in front of several women.
The incident occurred near the Pulp Mill ruins on Virginius Island.
