Charmco – Greenbrier West rolled past Meadow Bridge 102-60 in the opening round game of the Class A Region 3, Section 2 tournament.
Braydon McClung led all scorers with 28 points for the Cavaliers, while Colten Dunbar scored 15 points and Dakota McKinney scored 10. Tanner Hagy, Aiden Crane and Chris Davis each added nine points.
Brycen Sawyers led the Wildcats with 27 points and Trent Roles scored 12.
Greenbrier West will travel to Webster County Friday for the sectional championship game played at 7 p.m.

Bluefield – Two-time defending Class A state champion James Monroe opened postseason play with a 64-34 win over Mount View in Region 3, Section 1 play.
Ryan Cole led the balanced scoring by the Mavericks with 16 points, while Layton Dowdy added 13 and Cooper Ridgeway scored 10.
Brady Baker added nine and Wil Boggess scored eight for James Monroe who will play Greater Beckley Christian for the sectional title Friday at 7 p.m. at Bluefield State University.
Matthias Johnson led the Golden Knights with 13 points and Zy’Mir Martin scored eight.

Bluefield – Greater Beckley outscored River View in each quarter to secure a 68-48 win in Class A Region 3, Section 1 play Wednesday at Bluefield State University.
Eli Gunter had 15 points for the Crusaders and Landon Rose added 13 points. Keegan Davidson scored 10 points and Kellen Heffernan added eight.
Jackson Danielson led all scorers for the Raiders with 24 points and Ashton Gunter had nine.
Greater Beckley will play James Monroe Friday for the sectional championship.
