Pendleton County 27, Greenbrier West 21
Franklin – Greenbrier West had its 13-game regular season win streak snapped Friday night in a 27-21 loss at Pendleton County.
Senior James Vincell electrified the airways for the hometown Wildcats connecting on 16 of 29 passes for 308 yards and four touchdowns. Josiah Kimble was on the back end of two scoring tosses and had 156 yards.
Freshman Colton Roberson had 107 yards on the night receiving and one touchdown, along with 97 yards on the ground.
Isaac Agee had 26 carries and 163 yards on the ground for the Cavaliers. The senior speedster scored once on the ground and once through the air from 35 yards out.
Greenbrier West hosts Summers County Friday night.
