BECKLEY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A provider who was employed with “To New Beginnings”, a place that assists with taking care of foster children, is accused of taking a child to a hotel and sexually abusing her.
According to the West Virginia State Police, on Saturday, August 16, 2025, troopers received a sexual assault complaint that occurred at the Best Western Plus Beckley Inn Hotel. According to CPS, a juvenile reported that Christian Davis Jackson had sexually abused her on seven different occasions.
When State Police interviewed Jackson, he said he did have sexual intercourse with the child.
Jackson has been charged with 14 counts of sexual abuse by a parent, guardian, custodian, or person of trust. He is being held in Southern Regional Jail under a $500,000 bond.
