RALEIGH COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A Glen Morgan woman is facing multiple felony charges after a West Virginia State Police investigation into allegations involving a juvenile in Raleigh County.
According to a criminal complaint filed in Raleigh County Magistrate Court, 25-year-old Cierra Mackenzie Price was arrested June 27, 2026, and charged with solicitation of a minor by means other than a computer, distribution of obscene matter to a minor, use of obscene matter with intent to seduce a minor, and sexual abuse by a parent, guardian, custodian or person in a position of trust to a child.
The complaint states the investigation began after state police received a report on Nov. 12, 2025, of possible juvenile solicitation or sexual assault at a residence in Shady Spring.
During the investigation, Trooper J.R. Shrewsbury interviewed Price and attended Child Advocacy Center interviews involving two juveniles who lived in the same residence.
Investigators allege Price sent one juvenile an explicit photograph through Snapchat approximately three years earlier after the juvenile told her another person had seen the image.
The complaint further alleges Price later drove the juvenile to Little Beaver State Park in Raleigh County and attempted to engage in sexual conduct.
According to investigators, Price initially told troopers she had taken the juvenile to the park as a joke in retaliation against her husband, but the juvenile told investigators Price removed items from the juvenile’s lap and told the juvenile to “make the first move.”
According to the complaint, investigators concluded Price sent obscene material to the juvenile with the intent to seduce the juvenile and transported the juvenile to Little Beaver State Park in an attempt to exploit and solicit the juvenile for sexual purposes.
Court records show Price was arrested June 27, 2026. She is being held at Southern Regional Jail on a $250,000 bond.
