WEST VIRGINIA (LOOTPRESS) – Several thousand people in West Virginia are without power following scattered thunderstorms.
3,279 customers are currently without power in the Mountain State.
Appalachian Power is reporting that 3,259 of its customers are without power.
FirstEnergy is reporting only 20 outages as of Tuesday evening.
Cabell, Clay, and Raleigh Counties are reporting the most outages:
Cabell County: 1,587 outages
Clay County: 537 outages
Raleigh County: 290 outages
The majority of Raleigh County outages are being reported in the Eccles area.
The estimated restoration is 10 PM tonight, according to Appalachian Power.
