Shirley Anna Campbell passed away peacefully with her two girls by her side on April 13, 2024. Shirley was born on July 7, 1938 in Bluefield, WV as the only child to two adoring parents.

Shirley, affectionately known as Mammy by her family, worked at the Mercer County School Board for 32 years, retiring in 2004. In her time there, she built many close relationships with dear friends she would have for life.
After her “retirement”, Shirley moved to Garden City, SC where she started working at Kroger’s. She loved it there. In her position, she was able to brighten up the days of so many that she met.
She and her husband Bill enjoyed their time together at the beach in his last years. Shirley had the sweetest heart and loved people. To have known her was to love her. Her light was so very bright, and she will be missed by so many.
