MABSCOTT, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Trafera, a leading provider of education technology, support, and training for K-12 organizations has announced the opening of a new regional service facility in the Mabscott area for which a ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held next week.
As part of an effort to establish a brick-and-mortar presence to provide increased support to the local and regional community, the new facility will be presented in a ceremony with the Beckley-Raleigh County Chamber of Commerce on Thursday, October 12, 2023.
“It has been exciting to see the concept of regional one-on-one customer support flourish into a new operations facility providing that same personal touch as well as complimenting the hard work already taking place at other Trafera facilities,” says Trafera technician Shane Radford. “We’re looking forward to expanding our capabilities while continuing to provide top-notch customer service.”
The opening of the new facility will reportedly create new opportunities for employment in the area, including expert training in technology repair and installation.
“We are proud to be a long-time partner to West Virginia schools for all their educational technology needs,” said Trafera CEO Scott Gill. “This new facility will allow us to expand our service offering and continue fulfilling our purpose of improving lives and outcomes through technology. ”
Expected to be in attendance for Thursday’s ceremony are local leaders, educators, and community members. Guests at the event will have the opportunity to tour the new facility and to observe the advanced technical support infrastructure established by Trafera.
