WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Trump administration plans to freeze approximately $120 million in federal family-planning grants this year, according to a report from The Wall Street Journal on Tuesday.
The funding pause will impact groups that receive federal family-planning grants, including Planned Parenthood affiliates.
The administration is reportedly reviewing whether any of the funds were used in diversity efforts.
The freeze could be announced as soon as this week, sources familiar with the matter told The Wall Street Journal.
