WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Two individuals are facing various charges after an arrest on Sunday.
According to the White Sulphur Springs Police Department, on Sunday, April 9, 2023, Patrolmen Meadows and Olexo with the WSSPD facilitated the arrest of two male subjects who each face three charges.
The individuals in question were each charged with one count of Possession with Intent to Deliver, one Count of Transporting a Controlled Substance Across State Lines, and one Count of Conspiracy to Commit a Felony against the State.
The two subjects – the identities of which were not disclosed in WSSPD reports – were arrested and booked at White Sulphur Springs Police Department and were subsequently transported to Southern Regional Jail to await arraignment before a Greenbrier County Magistrate.
