CLARKSBURG, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A Clarksburg man has admitted to his role in a methamphetamine distribution conspiracy, federal officials announced Tuesday.
Frederick Blaine Rinehart, Jr., 54, pleaded guilty to conspiring to possess with intent to distribute and distribute methamphetamine.
According to court documents, Rinehart was selling meth in Harrison County, with investigators linking more than 100 grams to him, including amounts found in his home.
Rinehart faces up to 20 years in federal prison. His sentence will be determined by a federal district court judge, who will consider the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines and other statutory factors.
The Greater Harrison Drug Task Force, a HIDTA-funded initiative, led the investigation.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Brandon Flower is prosecuting the case, with U.S. Magistrate Judge Michael John Aloi presiding.
