MORGANTOWN, WV (LOOTPRESS) – The West Virginia Wellness Festival is just around the corner, and everyone is invited to join in a day of health, wellness, and community.
This free event will be held at the Mylan Park Community Center in Morgantown and promises exciting activities for all ages.
With 89 exhibitors this year, there’s something for everyone!
Highlights include the West Virginia Junior College Mobile Nursing Lab, Pet Helpers pet adoption, and interactive educational displays featuring large inflatable organs to tour.
A Kids Corner, sponsored by WV Medicine Children’s, will feature amazing activities to keep children engaged and entertained all day long.
It’s also not too late to sign up for the Festival Competition or 5K. You can register for the 5K on the day of the event, and fitness competition registration closes on Thursday.

10:20 AM – Storytime Yoga: Mindful Movement for Kids with Morgantown Public Library, Kids Corner
11:00 AM – Thriving Families: A Family Approach to Mental Health Panel Discussion, Main Stage
11:30 AM – CoMingle Mixer: Friendship & Social Wellness, Activity Tent
12:00 PM – Stronger Together: Bridging Health, Wellness, and Community Panel Discussion, Main Stage
12:30 PM – Healthy Cooking Demonstration with WVU Extension Family Nutrition, Activity Tent
1:00 PM – Strength in Support: Building Community for Postpartum Wellness Panel Discussion, Main Stage, Fairmont State University Arts Academy Student Performances
1:15 PM – Dynamic Stretch & Breath: Physical Therapy Stretching, Activity Tent
2:00 PM – Securing Tomorrow: Strategies for Family Financial Wellness & Legacy Planning Panel Discussion, Main Stage
