SOUTH WHEELING, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Three Ohio County subjects face criminal charges following the execution of a residential search warrant on Wednesday, the second in three weeks to be obtained for the address.
According to the Wheeling Police Department, at just after 7:00am on Wednesday, authorities reported to 3618 Chapline Street for a call regarding a man and woman arguing.
Upon arrival at the address officers located a man who had an active warrant for his arrest based on a Domestic Battery charge.
Officers entered the residence where they observed several individuals along with a substantial amount of materials used for the consumption of drugs.
A search warrant was obtained for the location, and various drug-related instruments and materials were reportedly located. These included methamphetamine, hypodermic needles, and scales among other things.
Tyshaun Joseph Johnson – 27-years-old of Wheeling, WV – was arrested during the incident for Possession of a Controlled Substance, and was wanted for second offense Domestic Battery by the Wheeling Police Department.
Howard Miller – 52-years-old of Wheeling, WV – was arrested, and had been a wanted fugitive out of Belmont County, Ohio for a probation violation.
Krystle Shay Kyer – 34-years-old of Wheeling, WV – was arrested, and was wanted on a possession charge in Ohio County, WV.
The investigation is reportedly ongoing and further drug-related charges are expected to emerge according to Wheeling PD.
