CHARLESTON, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Online training sessions are now available for the e-filing system that will be used by the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia and the Intermediate Court of Appeals of West Virginia. E-filing begins July 1, 2022, in the appellate courts.
All attorneys will be required to use the e-filing system. Self-represented litigants can use e-filing but will also have the option of filing paper documents.
The free training sessions are open to both attorneys and self-represented litigants.
File & ServeXpress will be the eFiling and eService provider for both appellate courts in West Virginia.
