WEST VIRGINIA (LOOTPRESS) – Authorities are attempting to close in on the perpetrator or perpetrators of multiple copper thefts at sites throughout several West Virginia counties.
The Ritchie County Sheriff’s Office reports that Antero Resources, an independent gas and liquids company, has been the victim of multiple instances of copper theft at sites in the Ritchie County, Tyler County, and Doddridge County areas, respectively.
Additionally, it was indicated that Antero Resources is offering a reward in the amount of $3,500 to any individual who is able to provide information leading to the arrest and/or prosecution of the individual or individuals responsible for the copper thefts in question.
