- What to Expect After the Storm: Starting with rain this afternoon and evening, transitioning to all snow area-wide later tonight. Less than 1 inch is expected across the Middle Ohio valley, northeast KY, and much of the lowlands of WV. While 1 to 3 inches of snow will be possible over the western mountain foothills, and 2 to 6 inches of snow are anticipated across the central and northern WV mountains.
