TUG VALLEY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Schools in the Tug Valley attendance zone will observe remote learning tomorrow so they can go cheer on the Panthers in the State Basketball Tournament.
According to the Mingo County Board of Education, the following schools will observe remote learning on Wednesday, March 13, to accommodate attendance and participation at the State Basketball Tournament.
Tug Valley High School; Lenore P K 8; Kermit P K 8; and Dingess Elementary will observe remote learning on Wednesday.
All staff will report to the schools. All lessons and live sessions will be on the Open L M S.
Buses will run morning routes for those students who are riding fan buses to the game.
Tickets are purchased in advance from the school and students with tickets must present their permission slip to drivers before boarding morning buses.
Parents are responsible for evening pick-up from schools.
