ELKINS, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Christian Adam Fisher, age 38, of Petersburg, West Virginia, was sentenced today to 144 months in federal prison for possession with intent to distribute more than 50 grams of methamphetamine and possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug crime.
According to court documents and statements made in court, Fisher was selling large quantities of methamphetamine in Grant County.
Investigators found methamphetamine and a firearm after a search of his home and his vehicle.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Stephen Warner prosecuted the case on behalf of the government.
The case was investigated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives and the Potomac Highlands Drug Task Force, a HIDTA-funded initiative.
Chief U.S. District Judge Thomas S. Kleeh presided.
