Upshur, Southeast Fayette, Northwest Nicholas, and Northwest Webster Counties:
- Total Snow Accumulations: 3 to 8 inches, with the highest amounts on the higher windward slopes
- Warning Period: From 1 PM today to 10 AM EST Tuesday.
- Impacts: Travel difficulties expected, particularly during morning and evening commutes.
Webster, Pocahontas, and Randolph Counties:
- Total Snow Accumulations: 6 to 12 inches, with higher amounts on windward slopes and possible wind gusts up to 45 mph.
- Warning Period: From 1 PM today to 10 AM EST Tuesday.
- Impacts: Travel could be very difficult to impossible, with reduced visibility due to patchy blowing snow.
Nicholas and Randolph Counties:
- Total Snow Accumulations: 5 to 10 inches, highest on windward slopes.

Western Greenbrier County:
