PRINCETON, WV (LOOTPRESS) – WVU Medicine Princeton Community Hospital (PCH) is calling on residents to share their voices and help shape the future of healthcare in southern West Virginia. The hospital has launched its Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA), a confidential survey designed to identify the most pressing health challenges and barriers faced by community members.
The CHNA serves to increase understanding of local healthcare needs. The feedback collected will guide decisions, inform program development, and strengthen efforts to address gaps in healthcare services across the PCH’s 10-county service region.
“This is a unique opportunity for the community to have a direct impact on local healthcare,” said Cassandra Stalzer, director of public relations and marketing. “By sharing their experiences and needs, residents can help shape PCH services and programs.”
Survey responses are completely confidential, allowing participants to share their thoughts openly and honestly. PCH encourages all residents to participate – regardless of where they receive their healthcare – and is also asking local organizations, churches, and community leaders to help spread the word.
“Our goal is to capture as many voices as possible,” Stalzer added.
