He was born on April 10, 1955 in Simon, WV a son of the late Hobert and Gladys Belcher Toler.
Teddy was a member of the United States National Guard, the UMWA Local 1503 and worked at Harris #1 for 36 years.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his only son Teddy Hobert Toler, paternal grandparents Joseph Lewis “Luke” and Inagabo H. Cline Toler, maternal grandparents Callie W. and Viola Blankenship Belcher, and several deceased infant sisters.
Survivors include his loving wife of 43 years Marie Blankenship Toler, two daughters Gladys Marie Lester of Verner and Teddra Armedia Parsons and husband Dallas of Sunhill, grandchildren Madelynn Spears, Jacqulin Miller, Caitlynn Cecil, Fredy Arias, Jr. and Santiago Arias, a great grandchild Barrett Ray Short, two siblings Melissa Gay Toler Boggess and Johnny Ralph Toler, loving mother in law Armedia “Mary” Morgan, and a host of other loving family and friends.

Funeral service will be held at 12 pm on Saturday, March 30th in the Chapel of Stafford Family Funeral Home, Lynco, WV with Rev. Tommy White officiating. Friends may gather with the family from 6-9 pm on Friday, March 29th at the funeral home.
In keeping with his wishes he will be cremated following the service. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
