BLUEFIELD, WV (LOOTPRESS)– On Sunday evening, some residents in the City of Bluefield experienced power outages due to thunderstorms.
Communications Director Phil Moye announced that power was restored earlier today after about 3,000 customers reported outages.
“It was a failed lightning arrester that absorbs lightning strike and unfortunately we had to replace that,” said Moye.
