FAYETTEVILLE, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A Fayette County man faces charges after reportedly yelling at customers as they entered and exited CVS Pharmacy in Fayetteville.
According to the Fayetteville Police Department, officers were dispatched to CVS in Fayetteville over a disorderly and possibly intoxicated man. When they arrived, Christopher Todd Bartoletti was sitting on the sidewalk with a brown dog, drinking a bottle of liquor.
Bartoletti would not listen to police commands when they told him to sit down. Officers took the suspect to the hospital for evaluation. Bartoletti refused medical treatment and wanted to leave once at the hospital. Police say that Bartoletti urinated on the floor, on the wall, and on an IV pole.
Bartoletti was charged with public intoxication, loitering, obstructing an officer, disorderly conduct, and disturbing the peace. He is currently in Southern Regional Jail under a 1,500 dollar bond.
